A continuaci\u00f3 barregeu la pols d&#039;ametlles, l&#039;ou( pr\u00e8viament batut), la sal i la farina tamisada i remeneu-ho b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Quan tot estigui ben incorporat, estirem b\u00e9 la massa fins que tingui uns 0,5 mm aproximadament. Nosaltres ho hem fet sobre una silkpad, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ho podem fer sobre una safata de forn allargada, i ho posem al congelador una o dues hores, aix\u00ed s&#039;endureix la pasta i podem fer les formes amb els motlles f\u00e0cilment.<\/p>\n<p>En treure la pasta del congelador, ja est\u00e0 preparada per donar-li forma amb els motlles que vulguem, per\u00f2 sempre vigilant que no se&#039;ns trenqui la pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, posem les galetes en una safata i les enfornem uns 8 minuts a 150\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per al farciment de xocolata CREO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Escalfem la nata i incorporem la xocolata i la mantega i amb un t\u00farmix ho emulsionem b\u00e9. Quan ja estigui fred, ho posem en una m\u00e0nega pastissera per emplenar les galetes. I per acabar les aparellem amb el farcit al mig.<\/p>\n<p>Les podem aromatitzar amb sal del Delta de l\u00b4Ebre i pebre rosa o amb fines herbes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/xococreo.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/blog7d.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-248\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/xococreo.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/blog7d.jpg?w=650\" alt=\"Imatge\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>Amb aquesta recepta ens van sortir unes 14 o 16 galetes i estaven tan bones que a la nit nom\u00e9s quedaven les engrunes!<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>I com cada setmana ens acomiadem amb una can\u00e7\u00f3.
