Sona molt elegant i \u00e9s realment simple. Feu-la us ocupar\u00e0 nom\u00e9s 5 minuts i al\u00b7lucinareu amb el resultat. <\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Es tracta de coure la mantega fins que es queda d&#039;un color lleugerament marr\u00f3, ho notareu tamb\u00e9 per l&#039;aroma a avellana que despr\u00e8n. I del sabor ja gaireb\u00e9 no cal ni parlar-ne, \u00e9s exquisida!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Hem fet unes cookies aprofitant aquesta t\u00e8cnica per canviar-li el sabor a la mantega i estem enganxad\u00edssimes. Han quedat unes galetes irresistibles! Segur que ja tens ganes de provar-les, posem-nos mans a l&#039;obra!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Amb aquesta recepta ens sortiran sobre unes 19-20 galetes.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">INGREDIENTS\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">160g Mantega<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">50g Sucre bru<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">150g Sucre blanc<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">2g Sal<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 Ou<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vainilla<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">5g Bicarbonat<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">100g Farina<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">200g Xocolata CREO<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comencem <strong>coent la mantega<\/strong> a un cass\u00f3 durant 5 min. fins que quedi d&#039;un color marr\u00f3 lleuger. Deixeu reposar a la nevera perqu\u00e8 agafi una mica de cos i perdi la temperatura, 30 min.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un cop freda la <strong>barregem amb els dos sucres, la sal i la vainilla<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">El tercer pas \u00e9s<strong> barrejar l&#039;ou<\/strong> de manera homog\u00e8nia.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Li <strong>afegim la farina i el bicarbonat<\/strong> a la barreja anterior. Millor si es tamisa perqu\u00e8 agafi una mica d&#039;aire i evitar els grumolls.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per acabar li <strong>afegim els trossets de xocolata CREO<\/strong>. Nosaltres ho fem amb la tauleta de <a href=\"https:\/\/xococreo.com\/ca\/producte\/xocolata-a-la-pedra-refinada-amb-canyella\/?lang=es\">canyella de 200 g.<\/a> Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un ganivet i vigilant no fer-nos mal anem trencant les preses de xocolata a trossets m\u00e9s petits i afegint a la barreja anterior.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per acabar ho <strong>fornejem a 180 \u00b0C<\/strong> durant 10-12 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\":q4\" class=\"a3s aXjCH\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2783 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/xococreo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3CC3D48E-2468-4628-BE54-407D5D16EB24-225x400.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"400\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amb l&#039;aroma que fa la massa segur que no podeu esperar per\u00f2 tastar-les. Aquesta recepta, i la majoria de receptes de galetes, sembla que quan les traiem del forn estiguin poc cuites per\u00f2 realment acaben de fer-se s\u00f2lides a temperatura ambient.
