La calor i la humitat s\u00f3n les dues grans enemigues de la xocolata. A causa de les <strong>altes temperatures<\/strong> aquest es destempera i perd la brillantor que el caracteritza,\u00a0<em><span class=\"googie_link\">fatbloom<\/span><\/em>; i la <strong>humitat<\/strong> fa que el sucre que cont\u00e9 pugi a la superf\u00edcie i cre\u00ef una capa blanca,\u00a0<em><span class=\"googie_link\">sugarbloom<\/span><\/em>. Tots dos processos <strong>no afecten el sabor<\/strong> per\u00f2 si fan que la xocolata perdi atractiva visualment i faci la sensaci\u00f3 que s&#039;ha fet malb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aquest motiu que nosaltres<strong> evitem produir xocolata a l&#039;estiu<\/strong>. El temperament es fa molt dif\u00edcil per culpa de les condicions climatol\u00f2giques i ens dificulta molt la feina.\u00a0<span class=\"googie_link\">Per\u00f2<\/span>\u00a0aix\u00f2 no vol dir que no tinguem xocolata i tanquem la f\u00e0brica! Al contrari, ara mateix <strong>tenim la f\u00e0brica plena d&#039;activitat<\/strong>. Ens agrada ser previsors i abans de \u00abtancar la temporada\u00bb i elaborem tirades llargues de xocolata,\u00a0<span class=\"googie_link\">per<\/span>\u00a0que ning\u00fa es quedi sense la tauleta! A m\u00e9s, durant tot l&#039;estiu fem proves de nous productes, comencem nous projectes i ens formem en nous camps de la xocolata.<\/p>\n<p>Si voleu saber m\u00e9s sobre el proc\u00e9s de la fabricaci\u00f3 de la xocolata i la nostra hist\u00f2ria,\u00a0<span class=\"googie_link\">no<\/span>\u00a0ho penseu dues vegades i <strong>veniu a visitar la f\u00e0brica<\/strong>!
